THE ASK:
Ryan Homes tasked my team to run Facebook link ads for each of their communities. Our objective was to drive traffic to the Ryan Homes community webpages and ultimately drive leads and sell homes.
We took a budget of $15,000 over a three-month span and applied them to highly-targeted Facebook ads, creating multiple versions within each ad set to allow them to optimize. Ultimately, we generated quality leads for a low cost.
RESULTS:
- 58 scheduled appointments
- 35 engaged appointments
- 19 homes sold
