PBAinfo is the non-branded direct-to-consumer side of Avanir Pharmaceuticals (now Otsuka) marketing focused on educating patients and caregivers about a rare condition called Pseudobulbar Affect (PBA).
Because this is a lesser-known condition and can be confused with other primary conditions, it's important to have content that describes real life scenarios to help people identify their symptoms. As a part of that effort, I led the website content refresh, creation of patient and caregiver-focused paid media ads, and video content. I also supported efforts to expand and nurture our brand ambassadors, which included the creation of a welcome packet for new ambassadors.
